Telford Avenue

We worked closely with the architect client in the early stages of the project to open up the ground floor of their flat to combine cooking, eating and living spaces. This involved the removal of two load bearing walls to provide the flexible new living space. The flat above had a small staircase providing access to the rear of the property that was retained along with supporting the chimney breast. Shallow depth beams where used to maximise the available floor to ceiling height throughout the new living area
