We were appointed as the structural engineers for the design of this new build house in Surrey. This bespoke 4,500 sq/ft Georgian-style home on the outskirts of a village in Surrey was carefully designed with a traditional ‘four-square’ plan around a central entrance hall and landing. The heavy weight construction of the upper floors and requirement for high-quality build made this project demanding.
